Cancellation Policy

Effective as of: May 1, 2025 Facilitator: Kimi Johnson | Kimi J. Inspires Confidentiality & Safe Space All coaching sessions, group calls, and submissions are held in confidence. You are encouraged to be open and vulnerable, knowing this is a judgment-free, supportive environment. • Do not share other participants’ work, stories, or comments without their explicit permission. • This space is sacred. Let’s honor it as such. Participation Expectations To get the most out of this program: • Complete your weekly self-paced modules and assignments • Attend scheduled coaching calls or replays • Respect deadlines for submitting outlines and manuscript drafts For 1:1 clients: If you need to reschedule a session, please give at least 24 hours’ notice. No-shows or last-minute cancellations may not be rescheduled. Writing Retreat + Celebration This program includes a 6 hour, in-person writing workshop and an author celebration (two separate events). These are special components that support emotional connection and deeper progress. More re details will be provided as we get closer to the event. • If you are unable to attend live, portions of the experience may be recorded or rescheduled, but alternate retreats will not be offered. • Travel expenses are the responsibility of the participant unless otherwise stated. Ownership of Work You retain 100% ownership of your manuscript, ideas, and intellectual property. We may share excerpts or testimonials with your permission only. Payments & Refunds • This is a non-refundable program. Your investment holds your space and reflects the depth of transformation offered. • If you are on a payment plan, timely payments are required to continue access to coaching and modules. • Payment issues will be handled privately with grace and clarity.
